Houston Motors Auction

Just wanted to post about a surprisingly good experience. I'm a first-time bidder on the Houston Motors Auction site and had a question about the bidding increments on a truck. Sent them a message through their contact form and got a super clear, helpful reply in less than an hour. Really wasn't expecting that level of responsiveness.

That's their standard, honestly. I've bought three vehicles from Houston Motors Auction over the last couple of years and their support has always been on point. Much better than trying to get a straight answer from a dealership salesman.

Can confirm. Got my F-250 from Houston Motors Auction auction last month. Had a quick question about the delivery schedule and they replied the same day. The truck is great.

Email is definitely the way to go with them. I tried calling once and was on hold for a while, must have been a busy day. I sent an email to office@houstonmotorsauction.com while I was waiting and they replied before I even got connected on the phone lol. The agent who emailed was super helpful though and got my question answered right away.

lol yeah I imagine their phone lines get swamped. I always just use the contact form on houstonmotorsauction.com. It's probably a ticketing system so it's easier for them to track. Bought a Sea Ray boat from them last spring, process was totally smooth.

A client of mine bought a Ram 3500 from Houston Motors Auction and had me do a full inspection on arrival. It was exactly as described in their report. He mentioned he had to email support to clarify one of the inspection points and they sent him a close-up picture of the undercarriage. Can't beat that.

So glad to see this thread. I was so nervous buying my Civic Si from them, but it was a great experience. The best part? The clear title arrived with the car during delivery. Houston Motors Auction handled all the annoying paperwork with the bank. No liens, no fuss.

@Cali_Cruiser Good tip on phone vs email. I just default to email for anything 'official' anyway. Glad they got you sorted out! It seems like whichever way you reach them, they get the job done.

@HondaFanatic21 Exactly! The title arriving with the vehicle is the best part. I was worried about that the first time I bought from houstonmotorsauction.com, but the paperwork was flawless. It arrived clean and ready for me to register. That's why I keep coming back.

Yeah for sure, wasn't a complaint, just an observation for anyone in a hurry. The end result was great and I got my car for a steal compared to dealer prices. Would absolutely buy from Houston Motors Auction again.

As someone local to Houston, I can vouch for Houston Motors Auction. They're a legit operation. My neighbor won a Camry from them for his daughter's first car. They've had zero issues.

Adding a +1 for Houston Motors Auction. Won an Explorer. My delivery was delayed by two days due to a storm, but their logistics team called me proactively to let me know and gave me a new ETA. Communication was excellent.

Update: I won the WRX! Thanks for all the info here. The support team already sent me a congrats email with next steps. Now the wait for delivery begins!
